In recent years, the hotel has changed and evolved, experiencing periods of growth and significant challenges. We have celebrated festivities, revamped our visual identity, and experimented with new languages and new ways of telling our story.
We remained open when it was not a foregone conclusion to do so, we made courageous choices and invested in the future. Every step has contributed to building what we are today: a solid, lively place that is constantly evolving.
On 6 May 2026, we will celebrate our 20th anniversary, but the journey has already begun.

4. PEOPLE: OUR VOICE AND RHYTHM
A hotel is made up of people first and foremost, even more than spaces. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, management, staff: every role is part of a daily balance that makes the Montemezzi experience possible.
Over the years, our team has grown, renewed itself and built a strong sense of belonging. We believe in teamwork, continuous training and the enhancement of skills, because authentic hospitality always stems from relationships.

5. ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Much of what we do cannot be seen, but it can be felt.
Cleanliness, maintenance, organisation of spaces and attention to small daily gestures are what make your stay smooth and peaceful.
Behind the scenes, there is constant, quiet and precise work that transforms every room into a welcoming place and every stay into a comfortable experience.

6. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Growing means investing in people.
That is why, over time, we have developed training courses, partnerships with institutions and schools, digital tools and opportunities for internal sharing.
Welcoming new colleagues, training them and making them feel part of the project is a fundamental value for us. The hotel can only grow if the people who live it every day grow too.

7. TERRITORY AND CULTURE
The Hotel Montemezzi has deep ties to the local area.
Over the years, we have supported cultural, musical, artistic and sporting initiatives, collaborating with local associations and organisations.
We believe that a hotel should be a meeting point: between those who arrive and those who live here, between hospitality and culture, between tradition and modernity.
